The Urban Project incorporates retail and office EcoSpace in our mixed-use developments. EcoSpaces provide business owners with a healthy environment for their customers and employees. Businesses are more profitable due to higher worker productivity and lower utility costs. These sites are carefully picked in neighborhood corridors to ensure the success of each business.
