Energy efficiency incorporates simple design features that optimize the use of energy from it’s source and ensure that the systems are designed, installed and calibrated to operate as intended. This provides increased comfort and reduces energy costs and greenhouse pollution.

Natural lighting/passive solar, high efficiency lighting systems with advanced lighting controls, properly sized energy-efficient heat/cooling system, adequate insulation, alternative heating sources like solar, fuel cells and geothermal
